Great space for all our family. Quiet & private.

A little run down but we all still lived the property.

Our family group ranged from infant to elderly and everything in between. The house itself was large and spacious meaning we all had privacy but were able to congregate in the shared areas which fit 20+ people. Most of the rooms had an ensuite so there were more than enough bathrooms and toilets for everyone. The host also accommodated for the pets we brought along, even providing dog bowls. The privacy on a large piece of land, secured with a gate was one of the best parts of staying on the property. The host was very helpful when we had a power outage in the area and was very friendly when we were leaving.

The only reason I would rate 9.5 out of 10 is the damp smell in 2 of the downstairs bathrooms and a couple of the couches in the shared lounge needed seat cushions for comfort. The bbq is a small one so we needed more cooking time.

The location. The lounges were great. Plenty of room.

I didn't know it had stairs and we were ladies in late 70s and 80s. The stairs were very step with no hand rails. The cleaners had not cleaned the rubbish draw in the kitchen. There was a rubbish bag and mouldy rubbish in the draw. There was condensation in some rooms. In one room all the power went out for the whole stay. The kitchen had a puddle of water on the floor from condensation and the same with one of the end bedrooms downstairs. A big thistle met us at the main door when we arrived but on the 3rd day a gardener came and cleaned up a bit around the place and lawn was cut. I would like a discount for the faults found and money refunded because we only had 10 people instead of 12 people staying.

Good size house for our extended family group. Kitchen was suitable but needs an oven. Overall the house was clean and the beds comfortable.

Couches very uncomfortable as they need cushions. The downstairs rooms smelled damp - luckily we had good weather and could air the rooms.

We a big space for family gathering. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful and unique place. We attended a wedding venue close by about 10 mins away which was convenient and exactly what we needed. Perfect place to cater for large groups/ families. There were 9 bedrooms with lots of beds and 7 bathrooms which we loved. Views were absolutely stunning from the bedrooms and living room. Spacious lounge areas throughout the home to hang out in. We also loved that the house was in a private gated area and not surrounded by other houses. That meant we were able to play our music out loud with no issues to the neighbours. Huge yard and lots of car spaces.

This place is a little run down. Needed to be deep cleaned a bit more. Lots of cobwebs and bugs all over the place, windows needed to be cleaned & the furniture could do with an upgrade as couches were stained badly and smelt. Curtains weren’t long enough to block out the sun or for privacy. Just so lucky you’re only surrounded by nature. Bedding arrangement mentioned there were 2 double beds in a few rooms but we were disappointed to find out that they were 2 single beds. This really should be updated as it can be very deceiving. This place also needed an oven and bigger fridge to cater for the large groups. Suggestion to have lights for driveway as it can be really dark to see where you’re going. The paint in some of the bathrooms needs to be re-painted. There was water and mould on the ceiling and walls in the rooms and left a funny smell in the house. We also had a few little mice running around the place which was not ideal.

The size. Could fit 20 of us. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Furnishings fine but not too flash so could relax

No stove and a bigger fridge could have helped. Some hand towels, bath mats would have been good

The location was good. Nice & quiet.

The property was filthy when we arrived! Dead bugs, mold & visible dirt in a lot of areas. Spider webs over all the windows & doors & dead birds on patio areas. The pictures were very misleading, as the property had clearly not been taken care of. The patios seem unstable & had broken furniture on it. There is also no oven or bbq for cooking.

Good location, big house with many rooms & bathroom. Nice living room. Responsive & friendly owner!

There is a construction side in front of the house. After we checked in, they start mowing the lawn and filling the water tank. Few rooms in downstair are damp. There is no oven in the kitchen and the fridge is too small for a 8 bedrooms house.
