Close to everything,bus station,stores,restuarant,port You can see the entire city and its not noisy,so calm and room is so clean

Location is good

Everything in the apartment is very old and used and partly even broken (toilet flush, holder for shower head) - AC only in the kitchen (not working!) and the bathroom, so it's still hot in the bed room - elevator door is not opening in the floor where the apartment is, so we always walked 5 floors to reach the apartment (to be save to never get stuck in the hot elevator) - we never met the host but got a not very friendly text the day before leaving to leave the city tax in the apartment - as she never asked for our data/passports, I am not sure whether she makes it official our just keeps the extra money for her
