Very convenient localiton, self check in, walking distance to Train station, Airport and main touristic attraction

Well, at least it was clean.

There is no way in hell this place deserves a 9.4 rating! Location is on the ground floor of a busy thoroughfare that goes straight into Pisa, so you'll be sharing your room literally with cars zooming past and ambulances blaring all day and all night long and you'll only be separated by a thin wall.from the street. Don't count on getting any sleep as I surely did not! Also, no heating of any kind in the room! There is a heat register in thr room but no way to turn it on so it's pretty much useless. Host needs to realize Pisa gets COLD in the winter and I think it goes without saying that heat needs to be provided to guests! Terrible experience and extremely overpriced for the services (or lack thereof) provided. The reviews for this place come straight out of fantasy land as most of them are grossly embellished. Do NOT stay here if you're expecting a warm and peaceful night. I never will again.

Arcade games TOP, spaces are quite large, easy to get in, wonderful pastry in the nearby (strongly recommended)

Windows are directly exposednto to the Street with single Glass Windows which could be annoying if you have sleep issues. Shampoo in the dispenser could be better, all the rest was really good.

It is very convenient to check in by yourself. The room was clean and tidy. There was even a video game. The communal kitchen serves coffee and rolls, which is very intimate. The public bathroom is very large and clean, I like the rain and the toilet in the same space configuration, very worthy of this price.

I liked everything, new apartment with all the facilities,receptivity in conversations,Not far from the center and the train station possible to walk to the tower,Safety and comfort I recommend it without hesitation and if I ever return a Pisa. I will stay there again.thx you
