"In the case that all the small things will be implemented it will be reccomended to stay there."

Everything was good, exept small things, mentioned hereunder.

Some small things should be done in order to make your stay comfortable, like some hooks for towels in the bathroom, some small shelf in the bath cabin for shampo and soap, some basic products like salt, pepper in the kitchen, some extra towels, the matrass of better quality.

Such a friendly host. Apartment had everything we needed and nice to have a small seat in the garden. Lovely stay and walking distance to the centre of Montepulciano. We loved it here.

Nice apartment about 20 min on foot from the city center. Comfortable for a couple, not for more people. Parking available.

Too many mosquitoes in the area, but no mosquito nets at the windows. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was extremely soft. A bit noisy from the people staying next door.
