Nothing to like in this unhealthy and unacceptable conditions

The place is unsafe and completely unsanitary. Both rooms were full of mold, so much that it was difficult to breathe. The strong smell of dampness hits you immediately, and it’s obvious the mold has been building up for months. This is not an isolated incident it’s a serious health hazard, especially for infants, elderly people, and anyone with respiratory issues. We asked for help and were offered another moldy location. It felt like empty promises and part of a scam to keep rebooking guests into unsafe properties. I had to leave early out of concern for my family’s health. I politely requested a partial refund for the unused nights they ignored me and just promised to “clean it up” eventually. It was clearly a deliberate strategy, not an accident. The humidity is overwhelming on every part of the place, even the furniture is dirty and moldy, and nothing about this property feels safe, clean, or properly maintained. It’s clear the owners are aware of the issue and are just covering it up, not fixing it. Booking.com should investigate this listing immediately. It’s not just unpleasant it’s dangerous. Don’t risk your health or your family’s well-being avoid this place at all costs.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space and all the amenities.

The apartment met my expectations in terms of size and layout. It was spacious, well-compartmentalized, and offered plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The rooms were well-defined, and the overall structure made it easy to stay organized and comfortable during my stay.

However, one downside was a persistent unpleasant smell in the apartment. It was noticeable upon entry and lingered throughout the stay. While the space itself was decently clean and reasonably well-maintained, the odor definitely detracted from the overall experience. With some attention to this issue—perhaps improved ventilation or a deep clean—the apartment would be an excellent choice. As it stands, it’s a solid option if space and layout are your top priorities, but be aware of the smell if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.

Soundproofing was not good, could hear bathroom and other noises from adjacent apartments.

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood. 24/7 reception, the place was a great size, clean and I would highly recommend.

Theres no air conditioning.

Great location close to the beach and to Kennedy Park. Newer modern building. Good support from the management company.
