Lady of the Rocks apartments

The location is incredible, size is good.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was an old toothpaste lid in the side cup and toothpaste etc on sink, there is also a very strong drainage smell that oozes from the bathroom. The bed isn’t comfortable at all and the batteries in the tv remote dead.

Perast is lovely for a few days. Great choice of restaurants. The apartment is in a great location - once you work out how to get there. The room was large with a sofa and a big double bed. The barman in the restaurant downstairs (Ermine) was our only contact and was very helpful. Small shared balcony.

Parking , a nightmare. Either arrive before 8am or after 7pm . Car parks are either end of town . One end is mostly hotel guests only, leaving you to park alongside the main road , and don't park over the roadside white line. The other end is basically controlled by the boat tour mafia, and if you don't buy a ticket, you don't park - unless you arrive when they aren't there. Walking from carpark isn't bad as long as you have wheeled luggage. Prior to our arrival, we tried 3 times to contact the host to confirm arrangements for parking, with no response . We never heard from her, nor did we ever meet her . The stress caused ruined our first afternoon/ evening . This is a stunning place to visit , but I'd strongly advise arrival by bus or taxi . Once there you don't need a car anyway. No self-catering equipment at all - we would have liked bowls, knives, plates, etc, to make a simple breakfast or lunch. We consider this to be a hotel room with a sofa, not an apartment.

Fabulous location and views as per advertising. Restaurant down stairs - happy to deliver dinner to terrace. Wonderful.

No light in bathroom ...unable to be fixed at the time.. Needs some upgrades No tea or coffee supplied Aircon in lounge only very noisy

Wir waren eine Nacht vor Ort und positiv überrascht von der Größe des Apartments. Der Blick vom Zimmer und Balkon direkt auf das Meer und die Bucht von Kotor war beeindruckend. Generell waren wir sehr begeistert von dem charmanten Ort Perast.

Obwohl wir wirklich nicht pingelig sind, muss ich hier leider einen Punkt Abzug bei der Sauberkeit geben. Insbesondere in Bezug auf Bett und Bad.

The location and view from the room were excellent. The breakfast, served at a neighboring restaurant, was all right.

The wifi was horrible! Kept disconnecting every few seconds. The place is run by the restaurant below or something so there isn't really a host or anyone to talk to if you need something, they also did not respond via the booking chat. Overall the apartment is old and some of things (such as lights) don't work.
