Property Notes

HOUSE RULES 1. Bins must be emptied before departure. Dumpsters are located across the entrance of the building. 2. Toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet as it will clog. A call out fee will be added to your bill. It is advised to empty the bin every day to avoid unpleasant smells. 3. In order to have a shower the furnace must be turned on for hot water. This is located on the power board. On average half an hour before showering is fine but it MUST be turned off before showering to avoid electrocution. 4. Keys must not be separated from magnetic reader. Once separated they cannot be put back together. If tampered with, a fee of 100 euros will be additionally billed to you. Any lost keys will be billed at 500 euro to replace the lock. 5. No sitting on furniture when wet. 6. Any breakages will be paid for. 7. Any missing items will be paid for. 8. Items that have been placed in difficult to reach places are not intended for your use. Please respect our wishes. 9. Whatever is placed in accessible areas is for your use. 10. Complimentary coffee is provided for the first day but needs to be purchased for subsequent days. 11. Washing powder is provided for one wash, anything after that needs to be purchased. Please make sure that you purchase only products that can be used in the washing machine as anything else can lead to damages. 12. The safe needs to be left open when departing so it can be accessed by the next person. 13. When windy please do not open both balcony doors on either side of the apartment as this creates a strong draft that can ultimately knock over the wall art and maybe even the tv. 14. Keys must be placed in lock box when departing. Make sure numbers are turned to protect against unauthorized people accessing the apartment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Sve nam se dopalo😀 Apartman ima dobru energiju, prijatan i udoban enerijer i odlično je opremljen. Lokacija je izuzetna, u blizini centra, uz more. Komunikacija sa domaćinom je laka i efikasna. Sve preporuke!

Sve je bilo čisto, osim prostora ispod kreveta koji očigledno nije duže vreme očišćen.

"Enjoying a 360 stunning sea front view"

Great place, everything was very well taken care off. The view from all balconies is breathtaking - you can enjoy the colours of the sea in different day & nightlight! Location close to the city center. Little details that make you feel welcome are full soaps & bath foams, tablets for the first laundry, and a fresh new sponge for the plates. You surely feel like home - plus the mattresses were fantastic! Highly recommendable!

"Gorgeous view of the sea. Really comfortable, spacious apartment- it was a lovely base to explore the area."

Really nice apartment- comfortable beds; good air con and a gorgeous view. Balcony is ideal for people watching. Very close to town center.

The lights in the hall outside the apartment were glitchy during our stay - and it was very dark when they weren’t working.

"Great apartment, just a few explanations needed"

At first the neighborhood seemed a bit seedy but opening the door of the apartment removed all concerns. It is a lovely apartment very conveniently located. The sunrise and sunset views were lovely!

The washer and dryer required a bit of research. The dryer condensation tank required that it be emptied. It appeared not to have been emptied. The heat exchanger on the lower left required drying out. None of this was explained. Lights on the dryer just blinked. Fortunately, my husband is an engineer who can do online research. In lie if using the drier, clothespins would have been helpful.

"You cannot beat the location."

Very close to the sea, beautiful views. 2 balconies on different sides - allowing you to catch the morning or evening sun. Well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer. Lots of stowage room. Nice bathroom. Great location both close to the sea/ beach as well as the pedestrian only shopping zone with many restaurants. King sized, comfortable bed in master BR. We had a plumbing issue (sink not draining) in kitchen, but despite Georgia living 1/2 a world away she was quickly reachable and got the issue solved very quickly.

The fact that toilet paper could not be flushed down the toilet. The buildings elevator is very small and dodgy (but at least it has one). The stove is an induction stove, but some of the pots provided were not compatible. The electricity is turned on with the apartment key, which means when you leave the apartment, there is no electricity… meaning no running of dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, nor charging electronics when not in… it also meant the oven reset each time so you had to re-program the clock etc. each time you wanted to use it.
