Everything was great. Very comfy bed. Quiet. Close to Safeway.

It’s in a good location to walk to the centre of Kailua-Kona.

There were no instructions for the microwave or air fryer and only one pan which made cooking quite difficult.

Nothing. I can’t believe I am putting this review for the first time ever in my history of booking an accomodation in booking.com. I am not a picky person, I’ve booked hostels, and different star level for accomodation in booking.com. But this is the first time, it did not meet my basic standard - no musty smell, with good ventillation. It maybe different preferences, but I booked this “studio” apartment because of the good reviews, and again it failed to meet the basics.

location- I am not sure what does good location means from the other reviewers but this was not a good location. apartment - a musty, stale, mouldy smell, due to lack of ventillation and it is an old property, nothing like the photo you see. Consideration: I knew when I booked this is non-refundable, I booked 3 nights for ~$630. We only stayed one night due to a cancelation and rescheduling of our tours which is not within our control. I asked if there is a way to get a refund, I am not asking for the whole 2 nights, but at least they should have considered and open to at least negotiate to refund some of the money. It is $630, for the kind of apartment or room, is a total rip-off. I was willing to pay portion of the price, but they just said, thank you for letting us know, but it is non-refundable.

No breakfast available. loved the spacious living room, the huge sofa, and parking was a plus, kitchen is well equipped except no rice cooker. close to everything in kailua town. it was easy to find via kuakini hwy.

bathtub was slippery and rusty, need to have a rubber mat - had to stay only below the shower head so as not to slip. need to also have a water absorbent mat outside the tub so as not to slip. the twin bed was comfortable but noisy when shifting positions.

Location was good, close to many stores. The on-site host was excellent and attempted to fulfill all of our requests.

The smaller unit is very old and needs updating. Shower is unsafe, you need to be extra cautious when stepping out as one must step up at least a foot when stepping in and out of the shower. There is only one small unit for clothes.

Nice backyard with a hammock and a place to do laundry. It was also a plus to give some love to the pet rabbit marshmallow, who often grazed in the backyard. There is no view per se, but it’s so close to a walk into downtown

Cheap price for the area! Nice washing machine and dryer. Fairly large kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Was very dark in the room. Needs a couple more lights. Yard was unkept.
