FRThe property was clean and comfortable for two nights. The owner responded fast on chats and a super nice girl has waited and helped us with the check in (including parking which was at 200m). There is a coffee machine in the kitchen area with coffee cups offered.
Although on booking was indicated that the flat is for 4 adults (1 bed and 1 sofa bed), we had to pay extra 20€ for transforming the sofa into a bed. The property is 25 minutes walking from the Torino centre.
LTOwners agreed to let us into the apartment from 9 a.m., which was a really huge plus for us. The place is really convenient for reaching the city center. Also, the woman who let us in gave a lot of information about the city and public transport, which helped us a lot!
It was so cold in the apartment. There is a strange rule that the heating turns off at 11 p.m. and turns on at 6 a.m. For me, it was too cold, especially in the bathroom. It was near 17 degrees in the morning, and the towels were wet. The boiler (40 litres) in the bathroom is so small that it is not enough for two people to shower one after the other. Also, the apartment wasn't clean. The owners didn't give us a normal blanket, just a cover. And there was no duvet on these covers. It was unhygienic; it was the first time we were in such a situation. Also, I want to mention that we paid €50 for the cleaning of this apartment. And before our last night, I received a message that I must throw out the garbage and clean the dishes. Yes, I totally understand this. And I always do. But if I paid for the cleaning of this apartment, why should I work additionally?
