I had an absolutely miserable experience here and want to warn others so they don’t make the same mistake. This stay was ruined by a host who is deliberately deceptive and completely unhelpful. Misleading Listing: The room is listed as a "Triple Room," leading you to believe it is a standard private unit. However, the host hides the fact that it has a shared bathroom in the very last line of the inside description. This is clearly intended to trick guests who are browsing quickly. Impossible to Sleep: My room was located directly next to the shared bathroom. Because the walls are paper-thin, I could hear every single sound from other guests using the toilet throughout the entire night. I was very disturbed and couldn't rest. Hostile Management: When I complained about the noise and the misleading description, the host was dismissive and offered zero help. No Refunds / Ghosting: I booked for two nights but requested to cancel the second night because the conditions were unbearable. The host asked me to deal with Booking.com at the same time stopped responding to Booking.com’s inquiries regarding my request. This is a "bait and switch" operation. The host hides crucial details to get your money and then ignores you when issues arise. It was an extremely unpleasant, exhausting experience. Stay away at all costs.
