I really enjoyed my stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The place was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The host, Vladimiro, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, he made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was smooth and enjoyable. His hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch that made the experience even better. Breakfast was another highlight – it was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Having such a good start to the day made a big difference during my stay. Overall, everything was excellent: a comfortable stay, a wonderful host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Beautiful very large room with a very nice bathroom. We ordered our breakfast items from a list the night before and it was delivered to our room on a tray at precisely the requested time. Coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator with a small freezer section were in the room. Breakfast was generous. Good air conditioning. We were able to leave our bicycles in the back garden, very secluded and safe. Bus to city centre was frequent and cheap.

Quite far from city centre. Several severe warning signs posted in the room about potential issues (make-up on towels etc). It made us wonder whether there had been some terrible guests in the past that had caused terrible problems.

It was Amazing experience.i have get Real big room that was shining 🌟,decorated,with breakfast that was served according to my needs,at time that I wanted it. I needed place less noisy and less crowded than Bolongha and got my space.The 🚌 to vibrant Bologna was just above the corner. I had liked the comfortable bad,Good coffee and excellent shower. The host , Senior Vladimiro was polite, professional and made my stay ✨.

Breakfast was very good. Apartment is around 5 km from center but with very god bus connection. Mr Vlado, the host, was so kind, helpful. Cleaning every day was a plus! Every recommendation if you are looking for a nice, neat place in a quite neighborhood!

Spacious and clean apartment complex. Quiet in the night. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast with good selection. Bus stop to the center right outside the house. No complaints, we had a blast!

We were here for the children’s book fair at Bologna Fiere. While the property is not that close, it is unbelievably convenient - with a bus stop outside the building that provides direct access to the city or with a short transfer, to the conference centre. The property itself is spotless and recently renovated. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so no noise to keep us awake. Vladimiro, the host, is a kind and friendly man who went out of his way to help us, and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!
