Caravan was lovely

WiFi terrible No wall lights so main lights had to be on No towel rails in bathrooms or shower mat

The location was ideal for a family with children. The caravan was pristine also. The soft play was really reasonably priced.

We did have a boiler error but the reception staff were very helpful when they opened in the morning. The only other thing I felt was difficult was that the bar and the family room were separate so if you needed to go into the bar for any reason then you had to leave the kids in either the family room or the arcade which would be a struggle if travelling solo with children.

I loved absolutely everything about this holiday. My only problem is I didn't book long enough! Was too soon to come home, there's so much to do around the site too. Beach across the road and entertainment on at night and the kids absolutely loved it! The cafe on site was incredible! The staff are all so friendly. The shop on site has everything you could possibly need and good prices too! The caravan itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a home from home. So peaceful too as everyone is considerate and friendly. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family! It's been a blast! Thank you!

There were no entertainment .no pool as it was closed no restaurant cafe was closed for two days of my break was not value for money both myself and my husband had mobile issues .

The location was okay Caravan was exceptionally clean and all appliances were brand new.

The mattress was very thin and felt well used. Springs were very compressed and gave no support, didn't sleep well at all and now have pain in back and hips. Also very tired not refreshed in morning. Shower was too small couldn't was properly. The kettle was one that boiled on the gas hob not ideal for us pensioners with osteoarthritis (or children) and electric kettle would have been much safer.
