Nice caravan. Comfortable and roomy but 4 adults might struggle a wee bit. En suite is definitely a bonus. Area is kept nice.

Had to wait in reception for caravan to be checked on leaving. No prior warning of that and may have been inconvenient should I have been in a hurray. A but pricey though. I understand the price includes electricity but that is not used in the summer

Our caravan was spotless, nice play park for kids on site and close to beach and shorefront amusements. Friendly locals.

Kids were disappointed the on site pool was closed, a bigger and supervised soft play would be great as an alternative ( though there is one along the promenade closer to harbour). Probably didn’t expect it to be quite so close to main road but it quietens down at night and it’s quite nice to hear the trains rumble past!
