Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, komfortowo można mieszkać nawet dłużej. Miejsce parkingowe pod blokiem dostępne bez problemu. Widna - to duże ułatwienie przy wnoszeniu bagaży na 3 piętro. Mieszkanie zadbane i czyste. Dużo naczyń i garnków, bez problemu można gotować. Przyjemne, ciche i spokojne osiedle z widokiem na góry. Dojazd do Szczyrbskiego Jeziora to 8min samochodem

Toaleta i łazienka jakby były dobudowane z kartonowej płyty. Byłam sama, więc dla mnie nie był to problem, ale gdybym pojechałam ze znajomymi korzystanie z toalety mogłoby być trochę niekomfortowe. Wszystko słychać i wentylacja to jedynie kratka pomiędzy toaletą a łazienką.

Prijemny byt, kde bolo vsetko co potrebujete. Chybala nam mraznicka (je iba chladnicka). V dome je vytah, co sa hodilo lebo je byt na 3.poschodi. Vyhlady na obe strany, dobre parkovanie, ihrisko, blizkost obchodu.

Nepohodlna pohovka v obyvacke (vrzgala), manzelska postel bola v poriadku.
