Everything was perfect! Ruth was very friendly to us and she helped us a lot with her informations .

I choose it for the 24hour front desk declared on web, but there is not a front desk, only a normal apartment, with small kitchen and dinning area. The black sheet on the bed smells. the check-in procedure is complicate. I wish never go back there.

Good location close to the historic town, relatively easy to find free parking on the street outside. The shared kitchen is well equipped, the room is comfortable and the whole place was clean.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, largely thanks to the excellent service. The staff were responsive and helpful—promptly providing fresh towels and resolving a mismatch between the provided coffee and the coffee maker. We also appreciated being allowed to use the washing machine and automatic dryer, which was very convenient. Bathroom was very clean. The location is a major advantage—the accommodation is very close to the historical city center, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

However, there were a few drawbacks. The room had an unpleasant odor, which impacted the overall comfort. While I cannot be certain, it seemed the smell might have resulted from past cigarette smoke absorbed into the walls. Additionally, the online check-in system required me to upload a photo of my identification document. In previous accommodations in Italy, it was sufficient to simply send the necessary ID data to the host. This felt unnecessarily strict and may be inconvenient for some guests. This online system is very time consuming. With improvements to the room's air quality and a more flexible check-in process, this accommodation could offer an even better experience.
