The location and other things arranged are good. Its good at first sight.

The room was disappointing, rating it a 4 out of 10. The beds and sofa were covered in pet hair, indicating that the room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The cost was also quite high for the experience. While pet lovers might not mind, it was very off-putting for us. After paying such a high price, we were unable to sleep comfortably on the bed. Please take the necessary action to make separate arrangements for pets.

Host didn't meet and explain about the amenities. AC Switch are not visible and it's hiding under the windows curtains. We took almost half hour to find it.

The property is very spacious and clean and well maintained too. The location of property is quite far but it was quiet and peaceful around.

There was cockroaches in kitchen and a lizard in one of the bedrooms.

Since the door has automated locks the password to enter the door was already shared well in advance and the host was available over the phone all the time. The entire property is really well kept, maintained, neat and clean. Rooms are big enough to occupy even 2 couples in one room (using extra mattress). Bathrooms are huge, neat, clean and odorfree. All basic things are stored in the house (few thibgs are chargeable and all charges are mentioned with utomost transperancy to avoid issues later). My family loved the property so much that they are now not willing to think of hotels anymore as and when they decide to go to Kolhapur. This property is hardly 2.5 kms away from the Pune Bangalore highway so anyone travelling to Goa and want to take a break overnight, this property is for you. Also its amidst nearby markets still so calm and noisefree. Mahalakshmi temple is around 5 kms from here, have autos available nearby too (approx 200 meters walk). If you want you can cook food here too. I would recommend this property to everyone. Great Job Ayush and team!!!
