Spacious shower, comfortable living and dining room , good sized fridge. Well equipped. Nice quiet surroundings and pleasant view. Easy walking distance to the beach.

Very uncomfortable mattresses in single beds - springs poking through. Oven not fully working. Our arrival time - 5pm meant that the reception office wasn't open to obtain passes for swimming so we missed out on this facility for the first 2 days because of the timetables. Luckily the staff member was very accommodating on our last day so we are pleased we managed a swim after check out.

It didn't seem like we were in a caravan as it is was of a very high quality. It was lovely to just open the doors onto the decking and sit outside. Be aware that it has 3 beds not 3 bedrooms. Great for me and my mum as it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but just so that you know.

No view from the decking. This is not the caravan owners fault but to use the Parkdean facilities such as the swimming pool in Summer is expensive and difficult to book.

The stay very good providing that it was our first staying in a caravan. We were surprised that the living room was quite spacious with very comfy sofas. Literally 1 minute walk to the beach with small coffee shop and toilets.

Perfect location right next to the beach, spacious caravan, and absolutely spotless. No complaints!

The caravan was very very clean with a good size fridge freezer in fact it was the same size as the one we ourselves used at home. We also liked the shower cubicle which was spacious so very comfortable to use unlike some caravans we've stayed in. Our caravan was a very short walk to the beach which made it's location perfect.

Before we even got inside the van there were 2 ashtrays full of cigarette ends right outside the entrance door on the decking. Immediately I could see the van was filthy inside. It had a really unclean smell to it. Carpet in the lounge was visibly filthy as were the sofas and the cushions. Kitchen area was dirty and grubby with food debris that clearly wasn't just missed.. it had built up over poor housekeeping. Cups were thick with stains plates had food on them. Cutlery etc just dirty. Bedrooms..... disgusting!!! Linens were stained and smelly. Under beds thick with dust and debris. Spiders and insects everywhere. The pillows in the double room smelt of stale sweat and were visibly dirty. I contacted the management and was called by housekeeping who said she would come rectify the issues and we wouldnt get a refund unless we left now.. I did make it clear there was an awful.lot to rectify however we left the key went out and came bk to clean cups and draining board 🙄. We had to go to Tesco to buy blankets so we could sleep on top of the beds instead. One night was enough! We left the next day. I contacted management again to inform them that I was leaving. The place was absolutely filthy and tired and was told they've been booked all season and not had a problem. No apology nothing! Absolutely disgusting attitude towards guests. I have no issue with tired and dated but I do have an issue with cleanliness. There is a certain level that should be absolutely standard in any place that is rented to guests.
