Person who handle my check in was not friendly; and not helping other than to surrender the house key. The reception is just the next door from my place but when I came again to report about the house facilities problem, they just ignored me without opening the door. When I rang them, nobody answer.

A lot of ants were on the bed and mosquitoes. Not clean at all.

The view and cleanliness. Can park the car right in front of the room.

Near to the beach At least the owner took the initiative to get a barbecue grill for us that we asked earlier.

We took 2 villas. However, the villas were not next to each other. (Maybe it was our fault for not confirming with the owner before check-in.) So we had to walk about 50 meters to the first villa whenever we wanted to gather. First villa: No air-conditioning in bedrooms 2 and 3. One ceiling fan in the living room was not functioning. Second villa: The air-conditioning in the living room was not functioning. From my experience staying in homestays, the most important thing to have is air-conditioning in every bedroom. The weather is seriously very hot. None of the TVs were working — they were just for decoration. What frustrated us the most was no water for most of the time. Only sometimes there was some water. The owner said it was due to low water pressure in Cherok Paloh. But honestly, if they are serious about running a long-term business, they should install a proper water pressure pump. Just imagine, customers come from far away to relax and enjoy, but we ended up carrying water from the second house to the first. Only the first house had cooking gas, so like it or not, we had to carry water over just to use the kitchen. Also, please reply to WhatsApp messages when customers reach out. Some of our messages were just ignored. I’m not expecting an instant reply, but at least respond so we know whether something is available or not. I wasn’t messaging you every day, in fact, I didn’t even want to message you at all. But this is business, and good communication is part of it.

Big bath room, comfort room..

Not provide sejadah. Asking the staff but no respond from them. The mug inside the room only one and dirty. No toiletries provide also. The staff already standing in front of our room to clear the room while it was 15minute more before 12noon. And the staff asking for the room's key from us. It make us felt like unpleasant. So disappointed to see that the pool is under maintainance but no signage or warning rope to avoid the kids go there. It was dangerous to kids.

room no.1 dont have tv. swimming pool cannot use anymore. lack of maintenance. very hard to answer call its huge problem.
