The rooms are not sound proofed at all so you hear EVERYTHING. Any conversation sounds like it's in your room. Every time someone comes through the front door. Every time some pees, flushes the toilet, every fart. I can not overstate how badly the noise carries into your room. Every time someone comes up the stairs the motion detector turns on the light and the room was flooded with light in the middle of the night. Don't expect a good night's sleep. Staff are not responsive at all. I was left waiting an hour after check in time. They didnt answer my numerous texts, phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Finally I had to ask someone to call from a Vietnamese number and they answered immediately. They were apologetic about coming late and I'm totally understanding that it was during Tet holidays, but not responding, I don't understand. And I heard this same issue from a number of other guests coming in.
