Location was great

Carpet was not clean .you can smell dampness.

Great van, nice location on park, all easy to collect key, tvs all bedrooms kept kids happy

Location was good

I contaceted the owner by telephone on the morning of my travel to ask about bedding, I was told you could bring your own or pay £20 for them to provide it for you. I advised I was happy for them to provide the bedding and as soon as they provided their bank details I transferred £20 straight away. I later received a call from the owner asking my time of arrival, I advised around 6pm which he was pleased as he said it will given the cleaner time to clean. Upon arrival at 6.05pm the caravan was tidy and looked cleaned until you look closely, the van had not been cleaned and also there were no bedding. I called the owner straight away to advise of this, his reply was he had just found out that the cleaner had forgot and she was making her way back with the bedding, I advise him that we also needed batteries for the TV remote I went to have a look around the site with my 73 year old mum, 8 year old nephew and 4 year old neice. When we returned still no bedding, I contacted the owner again to say she was on her way. The lady arrived at 9.50pm my neice and nephew was very tied and waiting to go to bed. She left the bedding and went leaving myself to make up 2 single beds and 2 double beds, upon making I was missing 2 double quilt covers and 1 pillow case and no batteries. I informed the owner straightt away, also informed them that there was no shower mat in the shower and that me neice had slipped a few times whilst taking a shower. We went out the next morning for the day and upon returning back to the van, still no bedding that was missed and no batteries.
