Lovely weekend in Poole, the property had everything you could need. Love the little touches like small wine bottles and coffee machine with coffee. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Convenient walking distance to the the town, seafront and theatre Bus stop is just 5 minutes away if you want use the bus to get around. Once parked, we didn't use the car until we left. Parking space off the street is an additional bonus. Key pick up from the shop was convenient and easy.The flat was warm, cosy and homely. Everything required for an enjoyable break. Little touches such as bathroom products, wine, bath robes and slippers made it even more enjoyable. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was well situated for where I needed to be in Poole. There was a store at the end of the road so it was easy to buy essential items. Nice to have tea and coffee accessible on arrival.

The keys had an AirTag tracker that I was unaware of, as I hadn’t seen one before, until my phone notified me at the end of the first day. As a single woman travelling alone this made me feel very unsafe. I appreciate this was for the security of the owners keys however I would have liked to be told - ‘the key ring is an AirTag it will track you’.

The flat is in an excellent location within a walkable distance of the centre of Poole. It is beautifully equipped, clean and ideal for a couple or solo traveller wanting to explore Dorset. The flat was very quiet with minimal noise from neighbours and there was an allocated parking space too. A lovely space to spend a week and we had a great holiday.

The apartment is compact but is well designed so it feels spacious. It’s very comfortable and homely and spotlessly clean. The central heating is easy to adjust and quick to respond, if you need it. The location is excellent, particularly if you don’t drive, with bus stops minutes away, Hamworthy Park just over the road, and the attractions and amenities of Poole (including an Asda superstore) a short walk away over the lifting bridge. There’s a nice cycle/walking route round Holes Bay to Upton Park as well.

Nothing not to like. It would be nice to have a light in the dining table corner. And it would have been helpful to know about the ground floor bin room at the start of the stay. I would have sorted my recycling if so.

Perfect location, spotless flat, 10 min walk to Quay for food, bars and entertainment. Free parking space. Comfortable bed. TV in bedroom, which was a bonus. Bonus 2 small bottles of wine on arrival. Soap, shower gel and shampoo provided. Washing up liquid and sponges in kitchen. Extras left such as salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee making stuff.. Quiet area which was perfect for us. Small shop and some takeaways in walking distance. Stayed for a week and was ideal for us.

Locks on lots of cupboards. 4 cupboards in bedroom, however 3 were locked. This resulted in us only being able to use 1 small cupboard with 2 drawers for our week stay. There was a picture of the only cupboard available for use. However the cupboards next to it are locked and full of the owners belongings. This was not in the description/photos. Neither was the fact you could only use the one cupboard. Not ideal for a rental property. No sweeping brush/vacuum cleaner. There was a dustpan and brush in the under counter cupboard. I would have liked a full size sweeping brush as sweeping all the floors is difficult with a dustpan brush. Again I think these were locked away in hall cupboard. Hallway cupboard is ideal for shoes and coats (previously stayed in similar flat in Southampton, but was able to use all cupboards, washing machine, dishwasher), however due to it being locked had to leave coats in the car. I appreciate that washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner were not in the description, but I didnt think items like full size sweeping brushes would have to be. The lock on dishwasher and boiler cupboard were unexpected. The photos do show the dishwasher so maybe I just expected to be able to use it despite it not being in the description. This did not distract from our holiday, but was annoying.
