Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Vermieterin sehr bemüht und innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Das Doppelbett ist über eine selbstgezimmerte Treppe erreichbar, die bei jedem Tritt knarrt und zu befürchten ist, dass diese bricht. Die Auftrittsflächen sind sehr klein und in der Nacht gefährlich.
