SEThe location between Lisbon and Sintra was very good for excursions in this part of the region. It was good that there was a washing machine in the kitchen and free parking in the building.
It was very difficult to find the building / apartment. We searched for at least 30-45 minutes and finally got the help of some residents in the property (not even the doorman could confirm that we had reached the right building or where the apartment was). It would have been an advantage if the description stated that the apartment complex is called "Britania Residencexs" and a clearer description of the apartment's location inside the building. Furthermore, when we got to the apartment, the key to the garage was not inside the door as instructed, but turned out to be in a closet in the apartment. On arrival, which was late in the evening, a pillow case was missing when we were to make a bed on the sofa bed. We were also greeted by a strong smell of room spray/cleaning agent which lingered throughout the stay. Unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen, which seems to be a recurring problem according to other reviews. The apartment also faces a heavily trafficked road, so it was not a calming environment. The pictures om Booking look better than reality. Interior-wise, but here the taste is different, but we could have done without small plastic cacti and a decorative rooster on the table. We could not recommend this place.
PTMORE EXPENSIVE THAT THE 5 star sheraton hotel in the same street!! the road noise is unbearable! then the “owner” wants you to pay for everything! ants everywhere inside the apartment! stressfully to wander inside the complex.. very very difficult.. not to stay there again!!
