Sehr gut gelegene gepflegte Anlage, das Haus sehr solide, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Schöner Pool

Die Betten sind ziemlich alt und durchgelegen in Haus 50, mindern die sonst gute Einrichtung und sollten dringend erneuert werden

"Seit 2003 gebucht - diesmal mit kleinen Mängeln"

Wir kommen seit 2003 regelmäßig in die Unterkunft. Letztmalig im Mai 2025. Die Lage ist ruhig, das Gelände sehr gepflegt und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pflegezustand ist nach über 20 Jahren als weiterhin gut zu bezeichnen.

Wir waren erstmalig im Haus 36A untergebracht. Grundsätzlich gut im Innenbereich. Auf dem Balkon gibt es jedoch dringenden Verbesserungsbedarf, der auch hinterlegt wurde. So sind die Balkonstühle unzumutbar, gerissen und durch. Ferner fehlt bei der Lage im oberen Teil der Anlage ein Glaswindschutz, wie es bei anderen Einrichtungen der Fall ist. Außerdem ist das Alarmsystem nicht einsetzbar. Ein Mückenschutz an der Balkontür des Wohnraumes wäre ebenso wünschenswert.
