"Szuper lakás, szuper helyen, kedvező áron."

Központi helyen található, minden könnyen elérhető gyalog. Tiszta, modern, felszerelt lakás, olyan, mint a képeken és még finom illat is van. :) A parkoláshoz parkolási engedélyt kell venni, de az is könnyen elintézhető, parkolóhelyet is egyszerű találni. Legközelebb is szívesen megszállunk itt.

"Nagyon jó, megfelelő ár/érték arány, jól felszerelt."

Nagyon jó helyen fekszik, közel a központhoz. Minden jól megközelíthető. Kiváló sétákhoz, Pécs történelmi épületeinek, műemlékeinek megtekintésére.

Parkolás nem megoldott, csak behajtási engedéllyel lehetséges, sok csomaggal több fordulós a bepakolás.

Ubytovatelka si vyžádala kopie dokladů aby nám mohla poslat informace ke vstupu do apartmánu, poté přestala komunikovat. Nereagovala na zprávy, museli jsme spát v autě. Nabízené parkování znamená, že si jedete 3km zaplatit parkovací lístek k benzínce kde berou jen forinty, eura ani kartu nevezmou, pak si musíte sami hledat místo v přeplněných ulicích. V žádném případě nedoporučuji.
