What you see is exactly what you get. This place was amazing. Let's start with the welcoming received from the owner, exceptional customer service. Always willing to help and always readily available is like that man does not sleep anytime you need him he responds immediately. His contact will always be saved in my phone, and any time I'm visiting back Jamaica I will contact him directly. I highly recommend this place it is welcoming and relaxing. The pictures tell no lie. The place is so clean and organized, we got welcomed with snacks and treats. We even extended our initial stay. My son is 7 years old, and he made sure to remind me to do the review. He's a hard critic, and his score is 9.8. My husband and I agreed 👍🏻 overall very satisfied a must stay

The only thing we had issue with was the ants and guess what the owner made sure that insect spray was readily available in the cupboard for those exact instances.

Check in was a breeze! It's a very quiet, secure and a gated community, which is a major plus for me as I solo travel most of the time. The house looks exactly like the pictures and Kensley was oh so accommodating. Guys, believe me when I said my booking was extremely last minute and Kensley went above and beyond to assist me, now that's who deserves the title SUPERHOST. There were snacks and refreshments already there folks (how thoughtful!!) Hot water, air conditioning, flat screen tvs and wifi! I WILL be back!

I love that the community is very safe and quiet. The property manager was easily accessible and returned my calls. He was also very respectful

I did not like that every time someone was visiting me or I called a cab I had to call the property manager to have him call the gate. I am an adult and a responsible person. I felt that my movements and contacts were being monitored. All restrictions need to be discussed upfront, not having a local phone posed a challenge contacting the property manager for trivial studf like calling the gate to let in my son.
