"Great location family cottage . Modern refurb to high standard."

A lot

CCTV not pleasant be watched live . With kids being present . Sofa seating lumpy hard not comfy . Stairs to loft room need be able lock with key stop 8&6 year old too small to use for safety but great idea . Heating too cold downstairs locked at 20 with it being 5 outside it was noticeable . Nighttime cold upstairs . Background heat 20 needed for kids . Locked timers . Air fryer needed. All constructive comments as we loved the place . Must cost owners a fortune to get that standard . Spare door key. If one is went out. Door locked so no fire escape at front .

"Fab house in a Fab spot!"

The location was perfect! The house itself was fab for the price!! Just a couple of things needed in terms of amenities... more drinking glasses, plenty of wine and flutes but only 1 small drinking glass. I assume they've been broken over time so just need replenishing. Tin opener also needed 😄

Nothing we didn't like but just thought the windows and glass up the stairs could do with a clean (minimal/picky of me) but overall a fab place! We would 100% return!!

"Almost perfect- just a few missed cleaning things stopped it being 10/10"

Beautiful property and decor.

The freezer needs defrosting - it was so full of frost as to be unusable. The previous residents had left chunks of pizza all over the bench and cushions that had been missed by cleaner. Shower needs a deep clean to get rid of black mould on drain.

"Clean house, close to all the places we wanted to visit."

Collecting key was a hard part. The code that was given to me was wrong. But both the manager and the owner responded very soon. Within 15 minutes I had the keys.

Communication error between the owner and the booking.com people. I was not given any information regarding the key code the WiFi password also didn't know that I had to ask the owner to increase the heating. When I asked the owner he said all the automated message was sent a day before which I didn't receive because the app was not allowing me to look at it because of a glitch in their system. But asking the owner to increase the temperature of the heating was something I didn't like so I just asked once and didn't ask again but the heating was not too bad and I'm certain that the owner would have increased if we asked again.....

Close proximity to town and very good open plan living

The sofa and main bed very firm , no ground floor toilet.
