Modern Townhouse in the heart of Beaumaris

The property was lovely, spacious, modern and very practical. It had everything we could possibly need. It was as exactly as advertised. It was a peaceful place and we had the best nights sleep. The kids loved the loft space and it gave the adults some peace! The location was perfect and we were at the sea front in a short walk (not even 5 minutes). A lovely bakery around the corner too and lots going on in Beaumaris when we visited. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

The property was just lovely and if we were to be fussy it would be that it would benefit from a softer sofa to lounge on after a full day out in Beaumaris sight seeing.

Clean, comfortable and lovely location

Few more basic items like toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and dustpan and brush would have been helpful for self catering stay.

The house is absolutely fantastic. Modern, clean, top quality everything. Great location. Beds comfortable, rooms spacious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Renovation has been done to maximise space in kitchen and dining room

Lack of attention to detail for cost of stay, such as untidy artificial grass in garden, blinds wonky upstairs and downstairs uncomfortable sofa sadly take away the feeling of quality. Upstairs in front bedroom light comes in from street, difficult to sleep. Parking very difficult outside house as well which we weren’t expecting from the instructions from owners, narrow roads for big cars, we had to park a few streets away which was difficult bringing everything in. Sad that nothing available for babies/toddlers such as gate at bottom of stairs, highchair, travel cot. Attic room not accessible, vertical steps and very small access, therefore shouldn’t be advertised as a room that can be used. Small things like no colander, extra toilet rolls also disappointing for cost of stay.

There should be an outside table and 4 chairs for guests. The seating in the living area could be more comfortable
