The property is new and everything has a very nice. Rooms are decorated tastefully and everything works.

There is still building works continuing. It is some distance from town eg at least 20 mins on Auto. The staff are generally helpful especially Adjal although a couple of the others are rather unfriendly and stand around watching without assisting. Also, they become rather demanding due to their own disorganisation rather than our unwillingness. Please clean up the rubbish at the back of the the hotel.

Room is good, staff behaviour is very good. Food is excellent, we are happy to have food in room, snacks and dinner. All are very nice.

Room service is very slow. I informed them, they told that the staff is less, due to which it is delayed. But it needs improvement seriously.

Everything is good here in affordable price

The staffs though bit new and fresher but very polite, helpful and Guest friendly. The Property being new was an added advantage, house- keeping was too good and maintenance was quite good.

The property being right on Highway was bit noisy during night time. Since it is located a bit away from City center, so it has both advantages and disadvantages. Commuting to City Center is bit time taking while its advantage is that it is away from the din & bustle of crowded Santiniketan.

Booked for family stay had a great experience. Well maintained property with warm hosts.

The price is on a maximum threshold maybe that could be checked. else everything was spot on!!
