The Plough Inn

Very spacious do a cabin, nice location behind a lovely pub, the staff were lovely and friendly. The cabin itself was very clean and good heating as when we visited it has snowed so outside was very cold! The bathroom is nice and spacious and the kitchen area is good with all the basics equipped and a lovely coffee machine. The location is good for visiting different things nearby such as diddly squat farm and a simple train into oxford city centre from charlbury station (10 min drive away). 10/10 recommend and we would definitely come back again in future!

The lovely cabin was in the perfect spot. Clean and comfortable. Love the fact the pub was on site for excellent food and drink. Staff were attentive.

Our only complaint was the dreadful leek in the bathroom from the shower, a lot of water after using the shower (had to mop up the water to stop it going through to the lounge) which has made the wooden floor swell so much that the toilet door was almost impossible to shut, we had to push it so hard to open or close it and the skirting board is damaged with the water.

Cosy and very clean! Perfect for our 1 night stay and our little dog loved it :)

Nothing at all, property was great! Only downside was the pub was closed the night we were staying for a private function so we didn’t have the luxury of enjoying a meal there but aside from that, the stay in the cabins itself was lovely. We had a cosy night in with lots of snacks and Christmas films and it was perfect in the end!! We are already keen to book again!

It was clean an cosy and that’s even though it is small you have everything you need inside

Honestly there is nothing much you can fault but I do think it would benefit from a indoor mat for shoes in the rainy months as got quite messy with wet shoes.

As ever, Guy was super friendly and helpful :) Absolutely love the Pods and can't wait to stay again when I'm working in the area. It is so peaceful and the Pods are immaculate, would highly recommend.

We had an evening meal in the pub which was an offer of two steaks including bottle of wine (we paid an extra £3 for a Rioja) The steak was cooked beautiful but what was disappointing it said with all the trimmings (half tomato with which looked like spinach leaves) We were expecting maybe mushrooms, onion rings or peas, we just felt it could of been explained then we would off ordered sides!
