Location of property, cleanliness and pantry items like teabags, bottled water etc were available

No central ac unit so 1 bedroom was too hot and so unable to use even with a tower fan . The host had too many rules that needed following and rules was sent after payment was made and non refundable. Ie to empty all trash cans, to clean all crockery used, to recycle, to place wet towels in hamper, not to open closet, not to switch of hallway light etc. rules were then text again day before checkout. Excessive texting by host on if coming at night to stay etc as porch light will be switched on/off accordingly

Cleanness and hot water

small apartamento, no A/C in one of the rooms, fridge with open/started products (such as mustard) that you don’t know how old are they. Intensive odors (culinary wise) from neighbourhood, not used to this kind.

My familymembers and me really enjoyed the stay. The appartement was cosy, clean and comfortable. Also privicy was given. As well as good located in a very nice neighbourhood and good connection to the public transport. We also apprechiated the warmly and supportive communication with the host.

First off I wanted to say that this place was definitely Not what I expected. At first, I really thought it was cute and comfortable, but then I realized that the lady that owns the building is seriously unhinged. I wrote a completely different review before, I was trying to be as polite and honest as I could. And she turned around and said that I was a terrible Guest??even though that everything I say was true and I even hid some things that I should’ve posted so other people can know what they’re getting themselves into…

But I can be honest Now, That she was very rude to me. Saying that I was a Bad host even though I did nothing wrong. I kept the place Spotless and I followed all the damn rules she had. And I’ll say it again she’s a very difficult person to rent from. That first night was that I got there (considering I came from Florida). It was completely freezing and she was giving me problems saying that there was nothing wrong with the heat even though she probably had the Boiler off. Then She’s saying that I was walking around in a Nightgown but it was my pajamas 🤷🏻‍♀️ Normally people sleep in pajamas? She was wearing a jacket and Full coverage cause she didn’t wanna turn the heat on? Apparently she doesn’t want you walking around after 10pm or do anything I couldn’t even take a shower without her complaining. Not to mention that there was Mold in the Bathtub and I saw a Few roaches Rooming around. She said I was washing socks in the sink at 2AM? Luckily I never cooked on the stove, She probably would’ve complained about that too! A Warning for anybody who rents this place. She Apparently wants invisible people in there that doesn’t cook, shower after dark or complain about anything or do anything after 10 PM. Good luck with that in NYC.🙄

The place is tidy and well-organized. It is equipped with cooking utensils.

The heating sometimes works, but other times it doesn't. There have been nights that were extremely cold.

For our first time visiting New York, this flat has been just great: located in a quiet residential area very close to groceries shops and restaurants, it has everything you need to rest properly and cook for yourselves if you are tired after a long day walking around the city. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well equipped. The flat is 8 mins walk from a subway station which takes you to Manhattan in less than 30 mins. The host has been kind and helpful, check-in and check-out were very easy because the communication was clear and precise.

Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had all the facilities that were listed. Beds were pretty comfortable. The nearby supermarket had everything we needed. Subway station within walking distance

The area was okay, but there is very little close by to see.

Nice area, close to the shops and the house had everything i needed.

Only had 1 Towel for my entire stay.
