Spacious Studio, incredible rooftop with sea view

Location close enough to bus and ferry while being away from the overly touristy area of 5th Avenue. Comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Private bathroom. Kitchen facilities with small fridge, two burners and some dishes. Beautiful rooftop with pool with ocean visible in distance.

I liked the beautiful building decor, the rooftop and the apartment spaciousness! It was comfortable and cozy. Also, the host shared many restaurant suggestions which were delicious places.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the toilet flushed slowly, and the sink and shower drained slowly too. Maybe it’s just a building issue? It didn’t bother me much, but I had to pause a few times while showering so I wouldn’t flood the bathroom.

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment. The location is excellent, two blocks from the pier. Very easy to walk everywhere. The host is super responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Soggiorno perfetto! L'appartamento è bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e in una posizione strategica: a pochi minuti camminando per arrivare in centro e comodissimo da raggiungere visto che arrivando con il bus, è un grande vantaggio per chi viaggia con i bagagli. Il vero pezzo forte è il rooftop: una piscina splendida con una vista panoramica che lascia senza fiato. Un plauso speciale va a Remo dove l'attenzione al cliente è stata impeccabile, sia all'accoglienza che durante tutto il soggiorno. Professionalità e gentilezza rare. Assolutamente consigliato!

Remo, der Gastgeber, hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Er hat uns Restaurantempfehlungen geschickt. Bei jeder Frage oder Anliegen war er sehr hilfsbereit. Das Studio ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet, sauber und bequem. Alles sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Insgesamt kann man es sich nicht besser wünschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The location can't be better, it's in the city center, close to the beach, restaurants, shops. Remo who welcomed us was very nice and gave us a lot of tips about restaurants and much more.

The bed was quite hard, so we had difficulty to sleep, but I guess it's a matter of habit.

We absolutely loved our time here! Remo was the perfect host—welcoming, helpful, and always available. He greeted us upon arrival and even guided us to our parking spot in the secure garage, which is a great feature of the apartment. The building itself is new, well-maintained, and cleaned multiple times a day. The apartment was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the appliances we needed. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-organized. The balcony was a great addition, especially with the provided drying rack for clothes. Although room cleaning was available at an extra cost, we didn’t feel the need for it. Remo went above and beyond by providing us with excellent recommendations for dining, beaches, and sightseeing, as well as practical tips like where to do laundry. The free purified water was a nice touch. One of the highlights was the rooftop—it features a beautiful pool, a great lounging area, and the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and relax. The location was ideal for us: within walking distance to several beaches, great restaurants, and 5th Avenue. It was close enough to all the action but far enough away for peaceful, quiet nights. The apartment is also well soundproofed, so we slept wonderfully. Another pleasant surprise was the shower—hot water was almost instant, which is rare in Mexico. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!
