Struttura ristrutturata ma nuova.

I bar attigui per la colazione non sono dei migliori. Bagno: water in spazio sacrificato e doccia piccola, si sbatteva spesso sulle pareti e sulle ante durante la doccia inoltre non vi era alcun spazio d'appoggio per le trousse, ne vicino al lavandino ne da altre parti all'interno del bagno, pur essendo il bagno anche spazioso, bagno cieco. Le due finestre della camera si affacciano su strada trafficata, aprire la finestra diventa un problema.
