San Calisto camere con vigna

Villa stupenda immersa nei vigneti: relax garantito! Bellissimi tutti gli ambienti delle villa anche l’arredamento e stanze molto grandi. Roberto e Valentina molto gentili e disponibili! Ci vorremmo ritornare! La consigliamo!

Sicuramente: la tranquillità del luogo, l'accoglienza e l'assistenza ai nostri bisogni da parte di Valentina e Robby, la varietà della colazione. Ed inoltre la possibilità di acquistare direttamente presso l'Azienda Vinicola annessa dell'ottimo vino

La difficoltà ad accedere alle camere per la scalinata ripida; ma il problema è superabile per la disponibilità dello staff a portare in stanza i bagagli

La posizione è stupenda e le persone coinvolte nel progetto rendono il tutto ancora più coinvolgente. La camera e la struttura in generale sono nuove anche se in uno stile coerente con il contesto in cui sono immerse.

Lovely vineyard setting, the main building was tastefully fitted, and looks the part Our room was clean and nicely appointed, the bed was big and comfy. Breakfast was good.

As you reach a metal driveway that goes into the accomodation not even a little sign to say you here. Can’t recall ever staying in accommodation of even less quality than this where there was no fridge in the room for any drinks and it’s hot and summer. Yes we were offered water on arrival and a small bottle each in the room, but no way to keep it cold. What exacerbates this is that the town of Popoli is at least a 10 minute drive away for a cold drink… put fridges in the room there was plenty of space. On arrival when we were met not a lot of information was offered, being on Vineyard we presumed there would be wine ?? We were only offered a wine tasting at 10am in the morning, asked about the afternoon and that was no. We had other plans for the morning so never tried their wine, unusual for vineyard accommodation. No wine available in the accommodations. Roberto who was very pleasant was the only staff there, he did his best. In conclusion we can say that the property itself is lovely, but they have forgotten about the guest experience. No food available, which we knew beforehand but surely a winery place could offer a cheese platter with cold meat, no chef needed. The whole place lacked warmth that a good front person should bring A lot of time and effort has gone into developing this place, but they haven’t thought enough about the guests . We have stayed in many similar type properties and can speak from experience.

Beautiful property with just 3 rooms. We were a group of 2 couples and were the only guests that night as the other room was not booked. It was fabulous, very private and peaceful with beautiful views across the vineyards to the mountains beyond. The stay included a wine tasting at their winery just a couple of hundred metres away which was very informative. The wine tasting included bread and a selection of cheeses. Breakfast was also excellent and everything was made even more special by the very welcoming and helpful staff at both the winery and the accommodation. Very highly recommended.

There was nothing we didn’t like but a small suggestion would be to perhaps provide an honesty bar facility with some cold foods for the evening as we did not want to drive anywhere after our wine tasting. We managed by calling out for a pizza delivery and also bought some wine after our tasting which we enjoyed in the evening.

The property is breathtaking and the pictures don’t do it justice. Peaceful and amazingly beautiful. The staff are incredible and proactive to your every wish, even ones you didn’t know you had.

Outstanding place to stay. It has 3 rooms which meant our family had the whole place to ourself. Staff were fantastic, food and wines were excellent.
