Excellent facilities, high quality of supplies and bigger area compared to normal.

I was just surprised with the large volume of vehicle traffic along the way, but this is totally beyond the control of the owner.

"Private, quiet, very clean and overal beautiful"

A beautiful, clean and comfortable studio. Tasteful deco and amazing host. Very quiet, yet still walking distance to lovely beach and shops (20min walk). I loved the privacy and serenity. Bus stop outside the house .

There is absolutely nothing to dislike. It was perfect .

it was elderly friendly. I happen to have some mobility problems and the place was just perfect for us. The place was perfectly clean and heating was just very good, very much needed at this time of the year.

"Vinaka vakalevu, Andi."

Location, Location, Location was key for me. I went to Auckland for a family funeral, and Andi's place is a couple of streets from where I needed to go. It's a beautiful studio, located in a lovely garden at the back of a gorgeous home; what's not to like? 😊 I especially liked that I got to meet Andi the morning I left.

That my travel plans meant I could spend only 9 hours there.
