Roam Taupo Upper Terrace Unit 3 - Spa Pool

Room was clean, beautiful and modern, exactly as pictured! Wind/weather made it impossible to sit outside but the view was stunning! Good location for us, away from the busy town but close enough to get anywhere we needed. Having the option of a cot and high chair was amazing!

Spa was hot and lovely, but not overly private from other guests/rooms. Balcony was also very exposed to other guests with faulty divider.

Location is awesome. Unit was extremely clean.

Everything was new, clean and spacious, the unit can fit five people with a huge walkout balcony with stunning view. Also the bathroom very clean and big!

Entrance Sign is not very clear, especially arriving at night it’s hard to see the parking area.

Everything - it was modern, beautifully appointed, comfortable, and great views. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The lake view was very beautiful no words can describe how we felt. The property was clean, modern and close to the centre as well.

Great facilities, location and view

A suggestion/observation. Due to exceptionally heavy rain the grass area in middle of carpark was mud. Carpark could benefit from lines for each car space to avoid any cars having to drive/ get stuck in grass/mud. Ultimately that area in concrete would be even better.

Convenient location, awesome view (would have been better if the weather had played ball…) lovely deck out the front.

Very small, but everything was comfortable and nice, so it felt cozy rather than anything else.
