Purtroppo tutte le stoviglie e le pentole erano sporche e le ho dovute rilavare per poterle utilizzare , e sarebbe stato gradito avere i principali condimenti per la cucina (sale, olio, pepe) visto che mancavano

Excellente situation et appartement très agréable. Mais arrivée dans logement non aéré et chaleur étouffante. Frigidaire eteint. Un occultant toujours défectueux. Concierge de l'immeuble adorable.

Posizione centrale e adatta per visitare la città. Pulizia che ha lasciato molto a desiderare. ho fatto la doccia, sono rimasto a piedi nudi per qualche minuti, e dopo i piedi erano diventati neri, con povere attaccata alle piante. come già lamentato da altri, c'è troppa luce che entra dalle finestre e le tende sono insufficienti .una era anche rotta. ho provato a sistemarla, ed anche in questa occasione ho verificato che i pensili superiori erano pieni di polvere. c'è rimasta l'impronta della mia mano a futura memoria. infine abbiamo trovato una varietà e quantità di prodotti per la pulizia della casa, quasi dovessimo fare le pulizie di primavera. peccato che ci fossero solo due rotoli di carta igienica, ne abbiamo dovuti comprare altri, e nessun rotolo di carta da cucina o strofinacci per asciugare stoviglie o altro. comunque per il resto l'ambiente è accogliente, il letto è abbastanza comodo, e cuscini confortevoli.

There wasn’t enough necessities, like toilet paper, which was really inconvienient.

Newly renovated large, loft apartment (#35) with handy kitchen, ample bathroom space, washing machine in a well-maintained building with a lift.  Convenient location to Palazzo Castello/Palazzo Reale/Palazzo Madama and other sights in close walking distance.  Much shopping, coffee bars/pasticcerias, restaurants, grocery (Carrefour 2-minute walk) and other needs for travelers.  Two-minute walk to bus #8 (bus stop Monte Di Pieta) which takes you to Porta Susa where you can catch the train to TRN airport.  During business hours, the building does have a friendly person at the front desk.  I needed directions and he was able to help.  We stayed for three nights, and it worked well for us as a couple.

Unfortunately, there were numerous issues which need to be addressed. (1)  Management communication (Wonderful Italy). Apart from local representative Annamaria, who was helpful and gracious upon arrival, once the online registration was complete trying to get any communication response from the personal through “Wonderful Italy” was like pulling teeth.  For example, a few days prior to arrival I had a few questions.  Wonderful Italy does not accept questions through WhatsApp stating that it does not use the communication software, yet when it contacts me it’s through WhatsApp.  When I got no response, I went through the booking.com messenger and finally I got a response to my question.  Another time I asked a question, even the booking.com did not generate a response to my question.  Clearly, a quick response would never be gained.  One time I called the phone number on my booking.com confirmation and got the national Wonderful Italy office.  They said I needed to call my local office.  I told them I had tried without success.  She said she would call them to request a response back to me.  That didn’t work. This does not say good things about this type of management company who rents to travelers.  We travel extensively using booking.com which has always been a good source for properties, but this "Wonderful Italy" was not good and should be dropped by booking.com. (2)  Next, the apartment has quite a few issues which need addressed.  Here are the following: (a) The apartment key was not labeled correctly (picture provided).  (Initially, I had forgotten the floor and apartment number.  The key is not labeled correctly and as stated before, when I tried calling for assistance, I got no response.
