It was right in the piazza! Above the Farmacia. A 5 room home with a lot of space to relax. Full kitchen. Den. Reading . Dining. Large bedroom.

WiFi was currently out - but that can happened anywhere anytime. I used the WiFi at the bar cafe down below during apertivo.

Gorgeous huge apartment. Everything we needed tho breakfast fairly modest.

The host Maura is absolutely exceptional, she made the entire experience perfectly flawless for us and was always available for any questions. The apartment is located in Sutri's central piazza, right in front of the city hall, windows looking out right over the piazza. The night we stayed there, Sutri was celebrating its Patron Saint, St Antonio Abate, and -- thanks to Maura's very timely message - we were able to observe the celebrations that took place in the piazza, all from the comfort of the apartment. Our kids were overjoyed to watch the celebratory hot air balloon rise right in front of our windows, as the town's band played and marched through the piazza to the cheers of the crowd below. As to the apartment itself, it is extremely spacious, with tall ceilings and comfortable classic and modern, minimalist furnishings. Everything is arranged very tastefully, while remaining uncluttered and practical. Wifi was available and the living room has a large tv set with multiple channels. Something important that sets Maura's apartment apart from most other accommodations in Sutri, was the temperature inside! We were visiting ithe end of January, and, while most other places have the heat set on low in the winter, this apartment maintained a comfortable temperature, which made a huge difference for us and is greatly appreciated! The bedrooms are spacious, one having two single beds (great for the kids), a roomy wardrobe, a tv set and a window looking over the beautiful piazza. The master bedroom has a lovely and comfortable large bed and a beautiful mirrored wardrobe that spans the width of an entire wall. A tv set is also available in the master bedroom. The bathroom is very large, comfortable, and modern, with a great shower, elegant toiletries provided by the host, hairdryer and towels. The kitchen is its own large room; the furnishings are modern and every necessity is provided, from pots and pans to basic ingredients.

There was absolutely nothing we disliked. The only problem we encountered was with a glitch on booking.com which prevented us from leaving a review until - once again with Maura's help and patience - we managed to finally resolve the situation and leave her this well deserved review. Thank you Maura!

Host Maura was very nice and very helpful. The property was also very good. I liked it a lot.

The location was perfect, the host very attentive and the appartment was very spacious.
