It was in a secluded area about 10 minutes from Penzance. Very quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly with no additional cost. There was a sizable field area for me to walk my dog so I didn't have to drive somewhere in the evening/early morning walk. Craig the host was on site and was welcoming and helpful. From my testing, the TV is not connected to regular UK terrestrial channels, but there are accounts for Amazon and Netflix that can be used to watch stuff. The room/single bedroom apartment itself was very nice. Very different from the usual single rooms that can be booked in the area. Fully fitted kitchen area so you can store food in the fridge and cook it in the oven or microwave provided. Dishes and cutlery and cleaning products also provided. There is a private outdoor area also provided which was very nice, making the apartment look bigger. I can imagine it being very nice to chill out in the summer.

I was unfortunate to hit a road closure on the day, so had to make some diversions. And the streets I had to divert to were narrow and big enough for one car. The country roads to get to the estate were quite narrow, so you will need to be comfortable with driving on narrow country roads. I could not get a strong cell phone signal in the area. I had to connect to the free WiFi provided to use my phone. The upstairs bedroom is very close to the roof, so it is very easy to bump your head.

Very well equipped. Craig had the place ready early and Informed me when it was ready. We had a small problem with the WiFi, they sorted it faster than I could make a coffee. Clean quite and comfortable
