No queda claro que la casa sea compartida. Y no se puede cobrar lo mismo por una habitación pequeña que una grande

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, das Zentrum ist schnell erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Die Bilder (Schlafzimmer) entsprechen nicht der Vorstellung. Erst die letzten Bilder zeigen wie die Unterkunft/ Zimmer wirklich aussieht. In der Beschreibung ist nicht deutlich klar, dass es sich bei der Küche um eine Gemeinschaftsküche handelt, genauso wie beim Wohnzimmer.

"Newly renovated clean facility close to town centre"

Newly renovated, home touches in the common areas, not far to walk to the old town centre. Host graciously sorted out a misunderstanding regarding the facilities.

Just need to be aware that this is not a stand alone apartment. There is a shared kitchen, dining and lounge area all newly renovated.
