Kerrostalo on uusi, jossa on kaksi hissiä, joten liikkuminen sujui hyvin. Huoneistoon ei kuulunut mitään melua, vaikka lentokenttä on aika lähellä. Ympärillä oli nurmikkoa ja kävelyteitä. Roskiksia löytyi, jopa koirapuistokin löytyi lähistöltä. Parin kilsan säteellä on isompi kauppakeskus.

Parkkiruutua ei löydetty oikeata. Auto ei mahtunut parkkihalliin, joten sieltä ei etsitty.

Все чисто, уютно и тепло. В квартире тихо, улицу не слышно. Большой балкон и хорошая мебель. Самое важное, что в квартире тихо. Никто не шумит, не гремит.
