We were told on the day while at a golf tournemnt that we could not stay due to burst sewage pipe. While not the owners fault the support they gave us was shocking. Having worked in hospitality before I can safely say the service given loving us stranded in Stoke with nowhere to stay and now having to pay 3x the price for a hotel was not acceptable

Mugs & cutlery not clean, 1 bathroom downstairs for 9 of us not ideal however worked for the 1 night Upstairs hallway light sensor kept us awake a lot even when we didn’t move in bed
GBGood communication from host. Property clean and well appointed. Some previous reviews mentioned steep stairs. We thought these were no steeper than most similar terraced properties in any city suburb. And as one of the double bedrooms was downstairs, our least mobile member of the party was able to sleep on the same floor as the bathroom. We particularly liked the imaginative use of astroturf and "ivy" on the walls to make the garden a green and pleasant environment. We enjoyed sitting there in the evening sun with drinks and supper.

Maybe have curtains to darken the room for sleeping. In the morning there were too many gaps through the window allowing light to come through.

GBExtremely conformable beds nice big rooms, very tastefully decorated & exceptionally clean. Arshad the house manager was so helpful, responsive & went above & beyond. We have stayed in many houses in Stoke and this is the nicest.
Teenage daughter needed a mirror in bedroom apparently but that's only minor issue we can add!
