Non communication,trying to get the codes for entry was impossible sent to one address then told to go to another . Codes for doors , when we eventually got them were very complicated, it took 2 hours to eventualy get into the property.

The room provided was at a different address than the one which I booked. I booked a room based on a passable rating (of approximately 5/10) but was provided with a room at a location in Grange Street with a single review which was just 1/10. The Grange Street room was about a mile away from Lindsay Street and a considerable climb from the town.

Would not answer the phone for check-in. Took 3 hours to check in. Damp room, poor bedding, no light in the bathroom. The property i booked was full so had to move across town. So all in all the worst experience i have ever had anywhere in the world!

I was looking for an overnight stay as I was going to watch the football. The location of this was ideal, only a ten minute walk to Turf Moor. The property is basic and there was a strong smell of smoke in the downstairs areas. There were holes in the floor, covered up by a basic pice of hard cardboard. The light didn’t work in the bathroom. But other than that, it was clean and served a purpose.

The was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. Suggesting the no smoking signs are frequently ignored. The owners are not the fastest to respond. But we got there in the end. The place was fine to put my head down and get a shower. I wouldn’t be booking here to stay for any longer. But for the purpose I needed, this was fine.

Mould on ceiling above shower It was very windy from storm Darragh, and a bad draught coming from the window frame all night, even though the window was closed. Wall radiator was not working, and small radiator on the floor was ineffective, and it was cold from the draught.

I booked a room at 67 Lindsay Street, one hour before check in they sent me a different address,it doesn't work like that !!! Never answering the phone, twice texted about the invoice still quiet.Never use them again

Paid for an address and was moved. No heating and water running down the walls. Ended 3 night stay after first night as I was freezing. Absolutely appalling
