THE SUITES

The rooms were ok in size with a decent bedroom , a small kitchen and a hall with a good sofa cum bed.

Only concern was the snall size of bathroom with no robe hooks and the very small road from the highway

New property

I booked for superior double or twin room with kitchen facilities on the terrace but the room had no kitchen space. Only a burner and few utensils were placed on the table. No sink was there inside the room. I asked for room with kitchen space but they couldn’t provide. During check out I requested for 1 hour extra but the property wanted to charge extra. Whereas during check-in the rooms were not ready in the main property and I was shifted to some other property but I didn’t complain about that.

Staff

No facilities. Even after paying for breakfast in booking, they were confused as they dont have kitchen. They brought some cheap puri from roadside stall. Taste was pathetic. Very unprofessional hotel. Think before booking

location was remote, breakfast was not prepared in house, it was brought from outside hotel, hot water was not available, water was not available in flush tank, wash basin tap. keep this hotel as the last option.

The room was nice and small enough for 3 members.

1. No WiFi password has been given by the staff 2. There is no hot water in the morning. Really, that was disappointing. 3. Poor in housekeeping people. We have to search for them all the time. 4. The gate has to open by ourselves 5. There is no intercom phone in the room to contact the reception. Every time, we have to go down by lift. 6. Bedsheets are not cleaned. It's dirty in colour & dusty. 7. The bathroom door was very tight in condition to open and close. 8. Overall, it's not at all worthy for the money we paid.

Covered and safe car parking, smooth check-in.

No tea/coffee in the room, have to order online
