1st floor (uk), spacious 37m2, perfect location, new, clean, elegant, silent, full privacy, host Igor, Auditorium view @ night, Barcelona Cafe 6 meters away, ichnusa beer, grappa reserva, women hitting on my wife, nightlife & nightlife, restaurants, Marina, Castello, St Remy Bastion, Assunta Cathedral, PEX bus, ticket inspectors on buses, Poetto beach, Coco Beach Bar, perfect beach bar menu, caffee Borbone + small Ichnusa 3x a day, amarena croccante, La Focazzia! @ via Roma, Ciclofficina, nobody speaks English (except Igor) and it helps to fully detach :)

We stayed in Cagliari at the end of April this year. We found a wonderful apartment option. Impeccably clean, with new furniture and fresh renovations — it felt like no one had ever lived there before, everything was just perfect. Located in the historic part of the city, everything is nearby — restaurants, shops, boutiques. Igor is attentive and caring, he thinks through every detail and left a great impression. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re planning to visit Cagliari.
