Cozy and comfy

Nice property, beds were very comfy. Allocated parking was handy. Nice and spacious.

The heating was hit and miss, but I couldn't really work it out, and sometimes it turned off, which meant the property was a bit cold.

We loved everything. I really don’t understand the reviews that are complaining. We got the TV to work no problem, there were plenty of clean towels and we were given the WiFi password. It also smelt lovely throughout. Yes there were a couple of small marks on the carpet in the entrance hall, but that’s evidently from previous guests not removing their shoes on cream carpets, all the carpets in the other rooms were fine. Beds were clean and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when we are back in the area. The lady who let us in was already waiting for us when we arrived, was polite and professional. No complaints whatsoever.

Good location for our trip (were visiting friends who live nearby).

The host was late to let us in despite my prior confirmation of the arrival time. The property was not properly cleaned (e.g. fridge was not clean, carpet was not well cleaned). The host need to invest in deep cleaning, the property has unpleasant smell. We couldn’t really sleep there, ended up staying at friends. Total waste of money.

We loved the space the property gave us with plenty of rooms to choose from to sleep in. Our kids loved the huge TV in the upstairs living space!!! It was so handy to have a Tesco express only minutes away and the property was within distance to have food delivered so no need to cook!!!

Location is in a new built area, so not many facilities nearby.

We could have done with instructions for the cooker and operating the TVs as the TVs seemed to operate only through the internet.
