Tranquil Family Home in Green Point

The house was so comfortable for 2 families. Cosy, clean and safe

Kitchen items was not really full equipment. Some of pots or pans were really old for small olive oil can leave or little tissues or napkins this is very very basic requirement until we set up go to buy all items

Beds were very comfy. The location was great for Greenpoint. Parking for 1 car right outside but also space for other cars on the road too. Decorated beautifully. Nice to have the outside decking. Comfy sofas. The cleaning staff that came daily were very appreciated.

Does not have air con so should at least provide fans as it gets very hot in Cape Town and for safety reasons you might not want to have the windows open at night. The handles on some of the doors/bathroom doors need replacing. The kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils. Should have a travel cot available if needed.

Garage is very small, really hard to park big vehicles, the neighborhood is also pretty bad to get into because of its narrow street up down hill, bathroom facilities are somewhat broken need maintenances. Sound insulation is the worst especially if u were to use the bathroom in the night.

Location is good

The house does not have proper ventilation, fans, or air-conditioning. The garage is full of the owners’ belongings and our vehicle could not be parked under cover. The cleaning staff stayed at the premises the entire day which is not needed and intruding in your privacy. The premises has no view or braaing facility or access to a pool.

Perfect. Beautiful, secure, and spacious. Excellent location. Hosts were fantastic.

It was perfect

We loved everything about the property, it was very clean, the kitchen facility was awesome with absolutely everything one would need for a self catering establishment.

The only reason why we are not scoring a 10/10 is because the young lady, although incredibly apologetic, was 1 hour late delivering the keys to access the property. There are also one or two maintenance issues that could be attended to, for example the door handle on the one bedroom door is about to fall off as well as the basin in the same room has come away from the wall. Also, in the other ensuite bathroom the hot and cold taps are incorrectly labeled. These are however minor maintenance issues which did not impact heavily on our awesome stay, but for the comfort of incoming guests could be attended to.

Fantastic location - walking distance from everything you need. The property has everything you need and is extremely spacious.
