This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Stylish Studio Haven Ideal for Four Guests in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of SEK 1497 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that construction work is going in the property and nearby, some rooms may be affected by noise.

"Ikea inrichting in een oud verzorgingshuis waar binnen en buiten wordt verbouwd"

De locatie ligt op loopafstand van de Viking veerboot aanlegsteiger, dicht bij OV, busstation in de straat. Verder zit je dicht bij het water waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Er is een balkon met zitje. Aan de overzijde van het gebouw is een supermarkt. het is een rustige buurt in een zeer populaire wijk. Leuke winkels, koffie tentjes, restaurants etc op loopafstand.

Er wordt zowel in het gebouw, (een oud verzorgingshuis), als er buiten (aanleg nieuw metrostation) gewerkt. Dat start om 7.00 uur tot ongeveer 15.00-16.00 uur. Helaas hadden wij s nachts ook nog last van een pomp die om het uur stond te trillen. Het appartement is ruim maar de inrichting is basic Ikea en de badkamer was nog uit de tijd van het verzorgingshuis. Lange gangen met plafonds waar de electriciteits draden en andere verbinden uithingen. bouwkarton in liften. Het voelde nogal unheimlich mn s avonds.

availability of towels and a hair dryer, grocery store nearby

noise from neighbors, very loud audibility, we heard conversations and furniture moving :( this interfered with our rest.

Very modern, cozy and well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed, good coffee, environment was pretty and quiet even though there was supposed to be construction work at the time. No key needed, only codes.
