Local men believed we were a brothel

The convenience of the shops and train station. Very upset that my money was taken, and two days later I was informed by email that a 3 bedroom was not available and I could have a 2 bedroom or cancel. I found this most unprofessional and poor business practice.. I wondered if the 3 bedrooms at the front are ever available as all 3 apts have permanent mailboxes attached.which is very deceitful to out of country travellers. I expect some compensation for the deceit and disappointment my family felt.

I received an email with the code instructions,for the lockbox and informed it was the key to apt 4. The key did not open 4, but opened apt 5 where we ended up staying.. there were a number of major and minor problems in #5. In the king size bedroom the window does not close properly, and the blinds are broken. There is no plug or mirror in the bathroom for shaving. The duvets on the twin beds are too small for proper comfort and coverage. The lamp in the twin bedroom has faulty wiring and is a dangerous electrical appliance. There are only 3 dining chairs for 4 guests. Only 1 small couch for 4 guests Only 1 hand towel for 4 guests, thankfully staff had left 4 bath towels. Not toilet tissue supplied. No shampoo suppled The kitchen was inadequately supplied for 4 guests Only 2 mugs Only 3 spoons Only 3 forks No kitchen towels No paper towel

The property is clean and spacious. The living area had plenty of room for the 5 of us to spend time together before we head out to our event and chill out when we got back. There wasn't much noise despite being in a busy shopping area. As I had no data, I didn't receive my key code email until after I arrived so I had some stress on arrival but the host was easy to contact and dealt with it immediately. We weren't in the property much so didn't use it but an added bonus for some may be Netflix and YouTube available on the TV.

The rods on the blinds were broken. I have arthritis in my hands so found it difficult to open and close them as you needed to push the rod into them and my hands were too shaky. This was also an issue with the keylock but as others were there they assisted. There wasn't enough cups, cutlery and crockery for our party size of 5. The aerial on the TV needs attention.

Convenience to shops, station and takeaways. Plenty of space, comfortable and clean. Would use again as a base to visit family in the town. Easy to get in with the instructions and free parking round the back.

Just feels like it needs finishing ie more crockery and cutlery as previously mentioned. Some shades over the light bulbs would be nice too! Little things which is why it's odd they aren't included already. It was very noisy on a Thursday night with the windows open, but was expecting it. Didn't notice fans [may be there] but they would be useful in all bedrooms in the summer, especially as the single room has no window.
