Ambience and service

员工友善，酒店很漂亮，房间设施也还不错，洗手盆水龙头是可以活动的，好评！酒店对面就是一家本地人推荐的日料店，味道还行（按当地物价来说也是真的贵…）

入住弄错了订单，订的双床，给成大床了，不过小哥马上把床铺换好了，不影响。还有就是泳池虽然好看，但是感觉有一点点脏。酒店位置离皇宫稍远。

Property was very clean, and cleaners and staff very attentive. Pool is lovely and nice and quiet area.

Walls paper thin so could hear everything from the room next door. The beds by the pool need replaced. Most of them are broken

L’emplacement au calme juste génial, service en chambre et une gentillesse, par contre le prenez pas le massage car le service déplorable, ce n’est pas l’hôtel mais un service extérieur qu’ils viennent le faire sur votre lit sachant que eux viennent d’extérieur et se mettent sur votre lit et le massage pas top en plus elle été sur son téléphone sinon le restaurant trop bon et le personnel de l’hôtel très gentil

Il y a de la construction juste à côté donc pas mal de bruit jusqu’au moins 21h et ça sentait beaucoup le cramer en fin de journée ça prenez beaucoup dans la chambre insupportable

It’s a perfect place to relax—quiet and refreshing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the facilities overall met our expectations.

I think some cleaning details could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. They look a bit worn and stained, and certain areas of the floor and the sink could benefit from deeper cleaning and polishing.

Le petit déjeuner était très moyen . Le matelas n’était pas du tout confortable. Et les toilettes sentait les égouts.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. The food was wonderful and the place had a very chill vibe to it.
